We offer individual and group consultation and mentorship to academics and licensed clinicians.
Individual Consultation
A focused space for professional growth
Our approach to consultation is relational and psychodynamic. We engage in the teach/treat model, focusing on you as a person as well as on your clinical formulation and technique. We think about enactment, parallel process, skills training, business development, caseload curation and the systemic and personal barriers in providing the care you want. Consultation can include or be limited to mentorship, academic considerations, writing projects and other personal needs. Both Mamta Dadlani and Sara Ghalaini provide individual consultation. Learn about them on our psychotherapy page and contact us to see if we are a good fit or if you have any questions.
Group Consultation
Meaningful Support and Modeling
Groups provide a unique opportunity to learn both from what your colleagues say and from how you engage with each other around a particular client issue or conceptual frame.
Our groups help clinicians build peer networks, explore emerging interests, engage in knowledge sharing, explore scholarship, and develop formulation skills. Groups hold space for emergent processes, integration of split off parts, and working with constructive feedback.
Mamta is currently enrolling members for a 90-minute consultation group on Mondays, between the hours of 11am-1pm or 2pm-5pm Pacific time.
Mamta has provided supervision and consultation since 2010. She trained at The Psychotherapy Institute's Supervision Study Program where she currently serves as a faculty member.
